WHY

The business challenge was to redesign Philips Hue’s online experience so that the site delivered an increased brand and sales impact while being flexible enough to work across different markets.

HOW

Together with Signify, we developed clear goals and a streamlined sprint process that effectively served stakeholders such as executives and developers at the same time facilitating a smooth design process.

WHAT

A dynamic website design focused on relevance, simplicity, and speed for the customer. Key user journeys, such as the checkout flow and product detail pages, were simplified while optimizing for SEO. A new design system was also developed for Philips Hue to use for future designs.
